New Regulations in Effect February 1
Condo management companies and condo managers licensed by the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (CMRAO) have an obligation to protect their clients' interests.  More provisions and regulations of the Condominium Management Services Act, 2015 (CMSA) came into effect on February 1.

Visit the CMRAO website to learn more about licencee obligations under the new regulations.
Licences Now Being Issued
The CMRAO has started approving licence applications. We are currently issuing licences for applications that were received in November. Once your licence application has been approved, you will receive instructions on the next steps by email.

We are carefully reviewing every application that we have received. If you applied for a licence, you can continue providing condo management services until you hear from us.
If you have received a licence from the CMRAO, here are some instructional videos to help you print and pay for your new licence.
Job Postings CMRAO Discipline Committee
The  CMSA requires the CMRAO to handle complaints and breaches of the Code of Ethics against licensed condo managers and condo management companies. The CMRAO is currently accepting applications to the Discipline and Discipline Appeals Committees.

The application deadline is February 16 .
