Anu is a leader of the Wealth & Asset management practice at McKinsey& Co in Asia. Anu is an experienced industry practitioner with over 25 year’s experience in the Asset Management industry, primarily in US and Asia. Prior to McKinsey Anu was the CEO and Director of Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC in Singapore, building the international footprint for one of India’s largest asset managers. She has over two decades of global investment experience across alternative and traditional asset classes in the US, India and Asia. She was the founder of Anew Capital Management LLC and Portfolio Manager of a multi-strategy hedge fund, for which she received a Rising Hedge Fund Stars of 2008 award from Institutional Investor. Since joining McKinsey & Company in 2016, her main focus has been on serving asset managers, institutional investors, and wealth management companies in Asia, and around the globe. Anu is the lead author “ Will The Good Times Keep Rolling for Asia’s Asset Managers”. She is a member of the Indian Business Leaders Roundtable in Singapore. She also serves on the Investment Committee of the Singapore American School Endowment, and was a founding board member of ASEAN PE & VC Association. In the past she has served as an Asian American Advisory Committee member for Janet Napolitano when she was Governor of AZ and on other non-profit boards in the past.
Diya Lowe
Head of Institutional SEA, Ninety One
Diya is the Head of South East Asia Institutional at Ninety One, responsible for business development and client servicing across institutional clients in South East Asia. Prior to joining the firm, Diya was at Lazard Asset Management in Singapore, where she worked in business development for five years. Previously, Diya worked at Lazard Asset Management in Sydney focusing on distribution in the advisory market. Diya started her career in the product team at Lazard Asset Management. Diya has her MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management at the University of New South Wales. Additionally, Diya has a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sydney.
