Processor Extension Requests
Processor provisional licenses are issued by the Department of Commerce with the condition that a licensee must obtain a Certificate of Operation within six months from the date of issuance, unless an extension of the provisional period is granted at the sole discretion of the Director of the Department. To request an extension, please review the directions and form here.  

Product Retesting Guidance
The Medical Marijuana Control Program (MMCP) has developed the following protocol to govern the retesting of medical marijuana products by licensed testing laboratories. This procedure aligns closely with retesting protocols currently in use by other states, and is intended to allow laboratory test results to be independently confirmed in the interest of patient safety. Pre-Inspection Assessment
Did you know a Compliance Agent can perform a pre-inspection to assist in assessing the status of your facility? This information will help expedite certificate of operation inspections but also provide you with guidance on inspection expectations. A Compliance Agent will be contacting you to provide additional information on your pre-inspection assessment. 
eLicensing Tips
Be sure to utilize the user access form, located in eLicensing, to modify your licensee contact information. This can be used to update contact information, add/remove users, and update access. If you do not have access to Commerce’s eLicensing system, which is a required in order to receive a Certificate of Operation, please be sure to complete the Account Manager Designee form and return it to mmcplicensing@com.state.oh.us

Cultivator Meeting Survey and Save the Date Reminder
