Sponsored by a small non-profit, Seeds of Hope Publishers, and distributed sporadically at best, the purpose of the email was simply to share information in order to work together more effectively. Act Locally Waco is a dependable and comprehensive source of information about local efforts to reduce poverty and to build up the community of Waco.
