Please join IAWF NY chapter leaders and supporters, Nassrin Iromloo Zahedi, Nazee Moinian, and Mitra Damaghi,  at the Mehregan Celebration on September 16, 2018, located at the beautiful Untermyer Gardens in New York. Sarah Farhadian
New York

Sarah Farhadian is an associate in the Real Estate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office. She practices in all areas of commercial real estate transactions. She received her law degree cum laude from Cardozo School of Law, where she received the American Law Institute-American Bar Association Scholarship and Leadership Award and served as Editor in Chief of the Cardozo Arts and Entertainment Law Journal. Ms. Farhadian is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey.

Sima Talai
Northern California

Sima Talai inspires those around her with her work ethic and her knack for connecting people. Along with raising two successful sons, she has also worn many hats. Her varied work experience includes owning a retail boutique, working as an event planner and consultant, and managing an enormous furniture and design showroom at the SF Design Center. Currently, she is with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services.  She has truly found her calling in helping the underprivileged, particularly children.

Born in Iran in 1949, Shahpar Khaledi entered business school and graduated with a degree in Business Administration in 1972. She moved to California with her husband and two children in 1976. She then continued her education and obtained a  master's degree in Business Administration from Northrop University. In 1997, Shahpar and her husband, Darioush Khaledi, founded Darioush Winery in Napa Valley. Their lifelong aspiration is to share the art, architecture, wine, craftsmanship and culture on their journey.

Born and raised in Iran, Elahe Tabesh is a proud graduate from the University of Tehran with a degree in Geology. She attended Syracuse University in Upstate New York and graduated with an MS and PhD focused on Information Science and Geology. She started her professional career in Oil & Gas, and later switched to the Aerospace Industry and Information Technology. She worked in many major aerospace companies; NASA, Boeing and Raytheon, at a leadership and management capacity for more than 10 years. Over the past  few years, she has been providing consulting services to high-tech companies and start-ups. She has taught in various colleges and universities in Iran and in the US. She loves to work with the younger generation and mentor them in her area of expertise including: Geology, Geographic Information System, Information Technology, Project Management, Aerospace Engineering, and Entrepreneurship.
