For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.

From Our Head of School
Dear Prince Families:

We are three weeks from the end of third quarter, all spring sports are wide open, our fine arts students perform Fiddler on the Roof in two weeks, and our COVID-19 numbers are nearly the lowest experienced all year. Our partnership in aggressively and successfully managing the pandemic's impact on our school's community is a living testament to what can be achieved when a family like ours is determined to meet the needs of its children.

We presently have two positive student COVID-19 cases with eleven students quarantined down from a high on January 18 (the apex of post-Christmas break infections) with 17 positive student cases and 118 in quarantine. The faculty and staff commend you for your cooperation, patience, and flexibility in weathering this once-a-century storm. I remain steadfast in my belief that God's protective hand and the values and principles that unite us as a community of Christ-followers remain at the core of our success.

Strategically, the new middle school building’s construction fencing will emerge in the next few weeks, with groundbreaking targeted for April. The process to purchase the fourteen acres of land that borders the northwest side of campus along Highway-78 is also underway. And while these two additions are documented within our Strategic Plan PACS 2023, true strategic planning is dynamic in nature; it is a mindset, not a report. Recently, I informed our Board, faculty, and staff that we had completed 80% of our strategic plan, putting us right on track for our next reaccreditation cycle in the fall of 2023. This is an exciting time in the life of our school!

Prince Avenue stands on solid rock, which is the word of God. We pray, pledge allegiance to our American flag, study hard, play sports, act/sculpt, and complete whatever other task needs to be done. Our school is a safe harbor that exists to nurture, educate, train, and empower the next generation of Christian families, and we would have it no other way. If you have not done so already, please complete reenrollment before the price increase on March 1.

With warms regards and in His service,
Seth Hathaway, Ed.S.

Dear Parents,

This Thursday we will be having a guest speaker, Jace Thomas, come and speak to our high school students in Chapel. Jace is the student pastor at Prince Avenue Baptist Church and is incredible at communicating the gospel to teenagers. I am so excited for Jace to encourage our students to trust and follow Jesus! Please pray with me this week that God would move in the hearts of our high school students and that they would understand the love God has for them in Christ.
