This Sunday at St. Columba's ... come make a big splash! What better way to celebrate the start of summer than to join in on our new "Watermelon and Water Play" program at 10 am on Sundays. There will be water toys galore offering kids everything from a refreshing sprinkle to a full blast of fun. It's that time of year for children of all ages to lean into a slower rhythm, carve out more time for play, and enjoy this season of rest and renewal. All are invited to join us for a slice of watermelon and that wonderful first bite of summer!

O ur Summer Worship Schedule offers services at: 8, 9:15 and 10:30 am . The 9:15 am service will be Great Hall-style, welcoming preschoolers and their families to join us in the Church Nave. Worship Lab services will be suspended for the summer. Child care is available for infants and children to age 3 from 10:15–11:30 am in Rm 322. Summer parish office hours are: Monday-Thursday, 9 am-4 pm; Friday, 9 am-1 pm .

Benefit Concert for Samaritan Ministry
Come hear Roderick Giles and his award-winning Gospel choir, "Grace" fill our Church Nave with passionate and inspiring music on Sun., June 30, at 5-6:30 pm! On May 4, the Episcopal Church lost one of its leading voices with the sudden death of Rachel Held Evans. Rachel made an impact with her honest and hilarious presence as a public theologian in the age of Twitter. This summer, join our online Summer Book Group as we dig into Rachel’s most recent book “Inspired: Slaying Giants, Walking on Water and Loving the Bible Again.”

Sing with the Summer Singers and Ringers
Join us on summer Sundays to learn and sing (or ring) special music for morning worship. Singers gather in the Music Rm at 9:45 am for a quick warm-up and then prepare an offertory anthem for the 10:30 am service. Ringers meet in the Bell Rm at 10:15 am. Come each Sunday, June 16-Sept. 1, or on any Sunday you are available!
