Aniara's sold-out Philadelphia performances
The Arc in the Sky this Friday

4 years, 3 workshops, 16 singers, 2 actors, a creative team of 4, 1 dancer/choreographer, a production team of 16, a 4-person band, 40 square feet of percussion instruments, a staff of 7, a new performing venue, a ton of individual and foundational support, 600 audience members in 5 sold-out performances, a livestream crew of 6, and a battered spaceship headed forever to nowhere.

Aniara: fragments of time and space (Edition 1: USA) is over; it has pushed us, challenged us, moved us, and made us stronger.  We are better for it, and grateful for our Finnish counterparts from Klockrike and everyone who joined us in imagining this ground-breaking new work from composer Robert Maggio. Now, we pack it in boxes and send it to The Netherlands where we reconvene on June 30 for Aniara (Edition 2: Holland).

Aniara received a lot of buzz. We're sharing it below, in case you missed it!

But first, The Arc in the Sky this Friday at 5pm at Rittenhouse Square.  Why rest when there is singing to be done?
