Annual Convention a Success!

Congratulations to WOMA’s CME Committee for an outstanding Convention Program. According to evaluations submitted, it was one of the best yet! CME credits will be reported to the AOA and certificates will be emailed to registrants by the end of June, provided all registrants have completed their attestations. Attendees can earn up to two additional credits if the Outcomes Survey is completed and submitted. A link to the survey will be emailed in the next couple days and you will have two weeks to complete it. If you missed them, several of our convention program sessions will be offered soon as on-demand seminars through DOCME at https://docme.inreachce.com/ and select WOMA on the subject matter list.

Physician of the Year

Rose-Marie Colombini, DO, is WOMA’s 2019 Physician of the year.
Dr. Colombini is a 1997 graduate of Western U COMP. She interned at San Bernardino Medical Center and completed a family practice residency at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center. She has served WOMA in several capacities throughout her membership.
She transitioned from patient care to an administrative position two years ago, freeing up some time, which she has given generously to WOMA.
In the three years that she has served on WOMA’s Executive Committee, Dr. Colombini played a major role in implementing major changes in WOMA’s structure and transitioned through two executive directors and office locations. Her efforts contributed greatly to WOMA’s continuing success as the advocate for osteopathic physicians in Washington State.
Congratulations to Dr. Colombini!
