Did you know,
we all have to register with the
CalSavers
website? If you have a retirement plan in place you will still have to register your dealership with the CalSavers at
calsavers.com
. They also talked about what we are required to do if we have a 401k plan.
Did you know,
that if you have former employees that have money in your plan, it is your responsibility to make sure they get any and all correspondence the plan sends out? Deposits into the plan have to be posted with in 3 days of the pay date. We were told most people are not ready for retirement and in 1940 social security covered over 60% of retirement income but in 2030 it will only cover about 19%. For now, arbitration agreements will likely be more difficult to enforce for wage/hour claims brought before the Labor Commissioner
