The Secret Diary of a Global Mobility Manager
This week, Gina Tonic i quite chuffed with herself. What's new in the Vault
Your company's membership of Expat Academy gives you access to The Vault - the UK’s only central Global Mobility database for in-house professionals, providing a comprehensive suite of tools, templates and resources.

Whether you are starting out in Global Mobility or a seasoned GM professional we guarantee you will save time and money by utilising the resources available.

New content added in the last week, includes:
Global Mobility needs you!
Do you want to know:

  • Do organisations reimburse home leave flights or pay cash allowances?
  • What allowances should be included for a Commuter Assignment?
  • How do other organisations calculate and determine their housing allowances?

These and many more policy questions are answered in the Expat Academy Policy Survey. The last time we ran this was in 2016 ( download the 2016 Policy Survey ), so many of the answers are now out-of-date.

To keep this resource as current as possible, to help you follow best practice when drafting or updating your policies, we need you to complete this year's survey. It won't take long, we estimate about 20 minutes if you are a policy whizz, or a bit longer if you need to check your responses along the way. All answers are anonymised so you can be open and honest about what your company does, safe in the knowledge that you are not breaching any confidences.

The more Global Mobility professionals who complete the survey, the more comprehensive and representative of current practice the answers will be. Could you or one of your team answer the questions?
The final Survey and anonymised responses will be stored in the Expat Academy Vault for you to refer to whenever you need to benchmark what you do against other organisations..
