In order to warmly welcome families with young children to our congregation we offer Sunday morning childcare for infants and toddlers all year round, and for children of all ages in the summer. Taking a monthly shift in the Nursery is a great way to serve the community, connect with families, and make a little money! Here's a  link to the job description . Thanks to the generous folks who offered up their grills, the first ever annual First UU 4th of July Community BBQ is on! The primary goal of this BBQ is community building, so the best thing you can do is show up and welcome our Old North End neighbors and Burlington friends who have come to share this meal with us. And if you're able, please consider  signing up to help with set up, clean up, or to bring a salad. And there'll be plenty of ways you can help out while you're there - working a grill or helping to serve food. One of our BBQ organizers will help you find a job you can help with for part of your time at the BBQ and you can spend the rest of your time enjoying the meal and meeting new friends.  

Please join us from 4 to 6 p.m. on July 4th here at the First UU Meeting House. Rain or shine! 

JUMP has run out of toilet paper! Literally every client walks away with a roll or two of our donated TP. The supply has finally dwindled down to nothing so we need to pick up the pace. Even if you aren't a regular at summer services, please consider stopping by with a case of TP during the week this summer. Our TP delivery people will make sure it gets to JUMP. Thank you!
