Coming Up in July...
Kick off your 4th of July by joining us for Zumba at 9:30 am! Use your class package or drop in for $8!
We're happy to add two morning classes to the July schedule and your regular class package or $8 drop-in. If you've been asking for morning classes, please come! We'll be evaluating class attendance for the August schedule.

Bootcamp with Cindy will begin Monday, July 9, at 10 am. The 60-minute class is a total body workout using weights, modifications given.
This class is suitable for all fitness levels from beginning to advanced.

Zumba with Christy will begin Tuesday, July 10, at 10 am. It's a
cardio class for everybody and every body! We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for a calorie-burning dance fitness party.

Zumba Kids
with Jade will continue on Thursdays from 5-6 pm. The next 5-week session begins July 19.

reat for boys & girls ages 4-11. You can drop-in to any of our classes for $10, any time.
- Barre above with Karrie continues on Tuesdays at 5:00 pm. It fuses pilates, yoga, aerobics, and strength training. Classes include modifications for any fitness level, so you can feel successful while lengthening, strengthening and toning your body.
