We are seeking diverse candidates passionate about changing children's lives through Respect, Elegance, and Teamwork. We use partner dance through global Dancing Classrooms to teach essential life skills to 5th and 8th graders in Minnesota schools. To learn more, watch this

Candidates with nonprofit financial expertise and current or former educators are especially encouraged to apply. As a relatively new, fast-growing nonprofit organization with exciting plans for the future, HOD needs an informed, engaged, and dedicated Board of Directors. Board members provide guidance and governance oversight in board meetings approximately six times per year and may serve on board committees of interest. Board members serve as HOD ambassadors in the community through outreach to schools and new supporters.

Teaching Artist Audition: July 19, 10 am- 2 pm
Are you an outgoing individual who likes working with children? Heart of Dance is looking for engaging communicators who like to be in front of a crowd. Our Dancing Classrooms program is a Social Emotional Learning in-school residency that uses social dance as the vehicle to teach Respect, Elegance, and Teamwork to 5th graders.
Ballroom dance experience not required.
Looking for Applicants in the Twin Cities, Rochester, and Duluth.

Our volunteer Classroom Assistants teach Respect, Elegance, and Teamwork to guide our 5th and 8th grade students through the Dancing Classrooms residency. Read Leslie Koepke's
