What do you see as the big issue for 2018?
The big issue as I see it is finding and training factory personnel. This is quite difficult these days and is negatively impacting the performance of many small and medium sized firms in the printed circuit board fabrication and assembly portions of the supply chain.
What do you see on the horizon?
What I see coming along this year is more emphasis on raising the competitive level of firms in the supply chain. This will require investments in education, training and certification.
