Greetings!
I was a Girl Scout for many, many years, and their motto, "Be Prepared" still sticks with me today. September marks National Preparedness Month. Do you have a go-bag, and is it updated? If you don't have a go-bag prepared, you can absolutely build your own (or my favorite is to start with a pre-made kit and supplement items from there!). Take a moment to check-in with your family and close friends about what they'll be doing in the event of an emergency. Remember, it's always better to "Be Prepared!".
What Should Go in an Emergency Kit?

Complete Earthquake Bag
Everything you will need to keep you both safe, warm, and fed after an earthquake. It is the smartly-packed bag, complete with food and water, first aid, hygiene kits, shelter, warmth, tools, and off-the-grid light and communication. This is the bag you should have.
Disaster Preparedness for Pets

Each type of disaster requires different measures to keep your pets safe, so the best thing you can do for yourself and your pets is to be prepared. Here are simple steps you can follow now to make sure you’re ready before the next disaster strikes
