SUMMER CAMP
Summer 2017 is gearing up to be our biggest summer camp season on record!  Our overnight camp sessions have been filling up faster than ever this year, but we still have a few spaces remaining in  Session N for ages 7-14, as well as our Wilderness Canoe Trips or Challenge & Adventure for ages 14-16.

My Favourite Camp Memory:
Trip
I was a kid with her head in a book. The outdoors were okay, I guess. My parents like to tell stories about how I was the kid who would walk around the puddle instead of through it I wasn't big on getting dirty and was happy to quietly sit in my room or on the couch reading. My parents sent me to Camp Kawartha when I was 8 years old for a 1-week overnight camp session and I absolutely loved it...

Here at Camp Kawartha, we can produce over 120 litres of organic waste each and every day. But what to do with such a volume of green waste?  In keeping with our philosophy of environmental stewardship, we prefer to deal with it in the most sustainable way possible...

If you live in the area, feel free to drop by our main office during regular business hours to view our selection of items. All proceeds go to supporting Camp Kawartha's programs and helping to send children to camp.

FACILITY RENTALS
Did you know we are available for weekend retreats from Fall through Spring? Book your group retreat early to avoid disappointment.  Privacy, peaceful surroundings and delicious food await.  We have two Spring 2017 weekends available:
