Tirrah Switzer, MBA, Community Brands Senior Product Marketing Manager
Tirrah is a product marketing enthusiast, borderline obsessed with keeping up to date with industry trends and understanding the challenges associations face. As Senior Product Marketing Manager with Community Brands, she is the co-author of four research studies on member engagement and loyalty, association digital evolution trends, and a benchmark report on small-staff associations. She serves as Vice-Chair of the American Society of Association Executives' (ASAE) small-staff advisory committee and has been a part of member-based organizations in many roles: member, membership chair and board member. 
Michael Reed, ABD, BlochReed Founding Partner
Michael is an organizational development expert who has spent 25 years working with associations and their leaders. Early in his career, Michael developed leadership and chapter operation programs for two collegiate fraternal organizations and later started a technology company that offered back-office solutions for small and medium-sized nonprofits. He has served in a variety of volunteer leadership roles and is currently on the professional advancement committee for the AMC Institute, the trade association for association management companies.
Dara Rudick, CAE, MHQ CEO
Dara is a Certified Association Executive (CAE) with more than 20 years' proven success in serving associations that are determined to thrive. To date, she has engaged dozens of team members to serve 10,000+ members, implement the vision of 25 boards of directors, manage hundreds of volunteers, and deliver nearly one thousand stellar events.

Michelle Bjerkness is an association professional with 21 years of leadership experience. As Executive Director at MHQ, Michelle leads clients in creating and implementing strategies that help client associations thrive. Prior to joining MHQ, Michelle served as Senior Vice President of Operations for a major non-profit organization. She also managed the work of three scientific-related professional associations.
