NEXTGEN TORONTO
Pilates Remix and Networking
Here’s how to overcome the winter exercise slump. Work out in a new Pilates Remix class. You’ll light up every muscle in your body and leave the office behind. Bring a colleague and challenge each other to go beyond your comfort zone. You will intensify your core, plus gain strength and flexibility.

Following the complimentary class, enjoy a free juice sample and/or purchase refreshments as you reconnect with peers and expand your network with other NextGen members.

You are encouraged to wear athletic or yoga apparel for ease of movement and stretching. Running shoes are optional. There is a locker room with lockers and showers.
