This publication is disseminated to members of the BACnet community, connecting corporate, integrator, site, student and individual end users.
Cornerstones is a unique publication because it speaks not only to the engineer and contractor communities, but also to facility professionals, building managers and owners, and other personnel.

Don't Miss Early Bird Discounts for PlugFest!
Join your peers at the University of New Hampshire's InterOperability Lab for the
20th annual PlugFest Interoperability Event
. You don't want to miss the opportunity to improve your BACnet implementation and testing methods by connecting with other vendors' BACnet products in a neutral, friendly environment.
PlugFest 2019 will be held
September 10 - 12, 2019.
Testing starts at 10:15 a.m. on Tuesday, September 10 to allow for arrival on Monday and setup Tuesday morning.
The
BACnet Working Group
will be meeting on Monday, September 9, 2019 prior to the start of PlugFest.
Don't delay!

by July 31st
to take advantage of the

The BACnet Institute (TBI) Resource Library is an extensive repository of articles, white papers, presentations and recorded webinars for anyone involved with BACnet systems. It centralizes a wealth of expert knowledge, which is categorized by application, focus and user level for easy accessibility.

The Resource Library is a valuable source of information and learning that you will find applicable in your interaction with the BACnet protocol.

Call for BACnet Success Stories
We are looking for manufacturers, integrators and end users who would like to share their successes.
BACnet Success Stories is a
FREE
resource that provides a place to promote your successful BACnet projects as well as further the knowledge and understanding of the BACnet protocol. Submission is through a web form where you will upload the content [narratives, photos, etc…] which is then reviewed by editors from BACnet International (primarily for errors) prior to public posting.
To submit your Success Story for consideration, please visit the BACnet International site's
Success Story page
and fill out the form plus upload the corresponding materials.
Once a Success Story is approved and posted, it becomes a permanent, linkable record of the successful project. Further, Success Stories:
- are automatically eligible for additional public recognition via BACnet International's Project of the Year Award;
- are promoted by BACnet International via social media
- are featured in Cornerstones
- are candidates for articles in the BACnet International Journal – BACnet International’s printed / digital periodical

Cristal Controls and Gentec have come to an agreement whereby Cristal Controls will aquire the lighting control line Kameleon from Gentec.
This acquisition will enable Cristal Controls to increase their presence in the U.S. and Canada by consolidating both companies' agents in these two countries. Cristal Controls will be able to offer a complete range of products to their customers, while Gentec will support Cristal Controls with their sophisticated robotic equipment for design and manufacturing.

Mr. Roland Laird, founder of Reliable Controls, will be retiring at the end of 2019. Laird founded the company in 1986 and has remained active in leadership and technical roles. He has served on the Board of BACnet International and has been involved with the association since inception.
