Dear Ladies and Gentlemen:

I have recently joined the Chamber of Commerce to help further my new business venture. With the help of Community Futures and Alberta Innovates, I have put out an RFP on merx.com for a Feasibility study / Market analysis on the current issues oil and gas service companies are facing when hiring inexperienced workers to help fill the ever growing market demands.

The business venture is a pre-employment, entry level oilfield bootcamp designed to orientate new potential employees to the rigors of the oilfield prior to hiring them and spending tens of thousands of dollars in training and on-boarding only to discover they don't want the job.

The RFP is for a study with med-large service companies, human resources - division managers and question the current labor market issues and entry level skills workers lack to be an asset.

Max bid is $20,000. Bidding closes on July 27th.

If chamber members or any associates would like to submit a proposal, here is the link;

Thank you for your time and consideration,
