Discover the healing powers of the ocean at Seaside Spirituality. This is a women's retreat with Cantor Amanda & Temple Emanu-El's Sisterhood at Villa Maria Del Mar in Santa Cruz. Join us for a one day retreat for all the adult ladies of Temple Emanu-El! This is an opportunity for you to relax, rejuvenate, and connect. Included in this retreat is meditation, yoga with Rabbi Laurie Matzkin, lunch, learning, art, and free time on the beach.

Our summer patio services are back! Celebrate the joy of Shabbat at services in our beautiful, reflective patio courtyard.

If you are not able to attend Shabbat Services, but would like to still watch, we offer a Live Streaming option. The stream will start about 5 minutes before services and end 5 minutes after.

Please join Sisterhood as we celebrate Shabbat together.  
 
The evening will include an Installation of our new 2019-2020 incoming board as well as thanking our past board for all of their hard work. We would love for everyone to participate in the service. You can do a traditional prayer or bring a reading/poem of your choice.
 
Please contact  Beverly Mendel  or  Cantor Amanda Edmondson  to be a part of this very special evening. We will also be sponsoring the Oneg. Please bring something delicious to share.

TEE is a proud partner with the JFS Equipped to Learn back-to-school drive which starts July 1 and continues through July 31. We are collecting school supplies and department store gift cards to help preschoolers, thru adult learners in need, start their school year right with backpacks filled with all the necessities. Silicon Valley Holocaust Survivors Association

It is now time to rethink how to continue to honor survivor legacy and educate future generations. SVHSA is calling all survivor children, grandchildren or interested community members, to join a conversation on ways to best do that in the current climate.
