Time for a change

     

The enforced closure of The Studio due to Coronavirus has allowed me a period of introspection from which I have decided it is time for me to retire from The Studio. 

     Two principle factors are pertinent. Firstly, time is against me: I'm over 70 and someone younger should get involved.  As you can imagine, teaching Pilates can be physically demanding and recovery time is getting longer and harder.

     Secondly, I have had a long term interest in Clinical Hypnotherapy and would love the time to develop my Practice from my base in Queens Road. I specialize in 'performance' related issues such as career success, sport and artistic performance. Also nicotine, alcohol, and drug dependency support, and much more besides. In short, I help people to attain success which may be demanding but is so very satisfying. Full details will be sent to you in due course, including  my new website.

     In the meantime may I say what an honour and pleasure it has been to teach Pilates at The Studio. I've enjoyed your great company, honest endeavour, and loads of laughs too. Since I only live just down the road I look forward to bumping into you in Queens Road, having a coffee in Costa Coffee  or perhaps a chat in Waitrose.

     I would like to personally thank Marcia, Judith, Vicky and Sarah for their professionalism and support which has helped to make New Direction Pilates such a success.

     My retirement from The Studio will obviously necessitate other changes and Marcia will be contacting you very soon with the details.
