  • PHYSICALS - Summer is a great time to get these completed. The attached form [Athletic Physical Form] can be completed by your family doctor, and it is good for one year from the exam date.

  • ImPACT TEST - Athletes age 11 and older will be notified if an ImPACT test is needed. This is the baseline test used for all athletes age 11 and older. If notified by the athletic department, please fill out the two forms linked here [Parent Release Form] [ImPACT Pre-Worksheet] They can be turned in at the school office.

  • FOOTBALL starts July 16th. CHEER CAMP is scheduled for early August. VOLLEYBALL evaluations and CROSS COUNTRY practices will begin after school starts.

  • WANT TO BE A COACH - There are two Fall "Play Like a Champion" workshops coming up. It is mandatory for all coaches before they are permitted to coach in the Dallas Parochial League (DPL). To attend the workshop you must email THERESA MOSMEYER.
