OREGON DOWNTOWN
The City of Oregon is searching for a development partner(s) to help establish an exciting mixed-use downtown development near one of the prime gateways to the City. The City does not have a downtown area but strong interest exists in Oregon to develop a downtown area that will serve as the centerpiece of community, commerce, and social activities.
Please find attached a Request for Letters of Interest to partner with the City of Oregon and the Oregon Economic Development Foundation on this exciting project. We are seeking letters of interest by April 15, 2019. Please feel free to contact me at (419) 693-9999 or by email at [email protected] if you have any questions.
