Los Angeles needs safe, clean, local water and YOU can help secure it!
Join us on Tuesday, July 17 at 8:30 am for the Board of Supervisors Meeting as they vote on the Safe, Clean Water Program.
The measure could raise $300 million for nature-based projects such as wetlands, green streets and multi-benefit parks. These projects would:
- Provide a more reliable supply of clean and local water
- Reduce trash and flooding in our neighborhoods and shoreline
- Create more open-spaces and shade and invest in disadvantaged communities
- Generate new, good jobs through building and maintaining projects
Voice your support for a strong measure that invests equitably, prioritizes community-serving projects and creates good jobs. Join us July 17 and be sure to wear blue!
