What:  Conducted by retired New London band director Ron Coberley. Will feature selections that the band will have played at the Iowa Municipal Band Festival in Boone the day before. Also featured in the concert will be an appearance of the Nauvoo Pageant Bagpipe Band. The pipers will play 45 minutes before the regular concert start time and join the Muni Band for several selections performed together. What:  The community is invited to the ground breaking of The Greater Burlington Area Indoor Sports Facilities - The TURF. The TURF will be located just east of the Burlington RecPlex on Broadway. The finished facility will be able to be configured to allow up to eight playing surfaces for soccer, two youth softball fields, batting and pitching cages and allow for easy conversion to other sports. Come learn about The TURF and see the sheer size of the project.

What:  PowerPoint is used to create presentations that can combine text, graphics, charts, clip art, and WordArt. What:   Great River Sleep Disorders Center was granted five-year reaccreditation from the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) and also a five-year accreditation for 
out-of-center sleep testing, which allows limited sleep studies to be performed in the homes of people who meet specific criteria.  The Laboratory Accreditation Board of American Board of Registration of Electroencephalographic (EEG) and Evoked Potential Technologists renewed its five-year accreditation of EEG services.  Accreditation provides independent, objective verification of quality and enhances credibility.
