In the office, and out in the community, medical providers are a respected health resource, and have the potential to help students and adults reach their optimum health, no matter where a person is on their journey, because it is never too late to start making healthy choices.

Are you comfortable talking or teaching about sexual health? Are you confident in setting high expectations and giving clear guidance that is evidence-based and relevant to everyone? If not, the Ascend Sexual Risk Avoidance course is for you!

Sexual Risk Avoidance is a non-religious educational approach based on the public health model of primary prevention, in contrast to the risk reduction model.
