Our Fall 2018 NCDE District-Wide meeting will be held on Saturday, November 3rd at 40 West Convention Center in Burlington, NC at 2703 Ramada Rd. Burlington, NC 27215. Check-in will open at 8:30 a.m. and the meeting will begin at 9:30 a.m. Registration is $25.00 per person and includes morning coffee/snack, meeting and lunch.
Our program will include Scarlett Thompson, Civitan International Execuitive Vice President, as our Keynote speaker, and will also hear updates from our district projects.
There are two ways to register for this meeting.
1. Online registration deadline is October 27, 2018
2. Regular mail registration deadline is earlier, October 22, 2018
Online Registration Instructions: Individual/Club
1. Register one person at a time. If the individual/Club would like to register more than one person at the same time, this is possible through bring a guest option. Each primary registration may add up to 12 guests.
2. Each registration must provide an individual email address. (If guests are added, then no additional email address is required for the guest).
Payment. Please choose one payment method from the following 3 options.
1. Personal credit/debit card (payment goes to NCDE).
2. Personal PayPal Account (payment goes to NCDE). For more information about setting up your own PayPal account, please visit: https://www.paypal.com/home
3. Check: Indicate the check payment option and send check to Kristina Winkler, NCDE Convention and Meeting Chair no later than October 22 2018.
Regular mail registration: Individual/Club
1. Use the registration form for regular mail registration available on the district website or from your club president.
2. Make checks payable to NCDE.
3. Send registration and checks to Kristina Winkler at 135 Fairway Drive, Washington, NC 27889.
4. Mailed registration deadline is in Kristina's mailbox by October 22, 2018.
