WEBINAR
Investing in Music Royalties: A Steady Rhythm of Returns

Sponsored by Barnes & Thornburg LLP, City National Bank, the W group
What’s the value of a singer/songwriter’s work? The recent sales of Imagine Dragons, Bob Dylan, Neil Young, Stevie Nicks and Shakira's catalogs have focused new attention on music royalties. The universal appeal of music, with its predictable revenue streams and wide-scale global reach, is attracting increased investor interest. Some of the most successful singer/songwriters are finding a strong market for their current (and future!) catalogs.

How is the value of a song catalog determined and managed? How does an investor get comfortable in this space?

Learn from professionals in the music entertainment industry and explore how music royalties work and the strengths and hurdles for entry into this new asset class.

Please email your questions to peerengageNY@100women.org by Tuesday, March 2, 2021, or you may submit them during the webinar.
