New Businesses Sought for Former Souplantation Building
The owner of the building that housed the former Souplantation in Aliso Village is seeking premier restaurant and retail tenants to lease the building. (See this brochure for details.)

The proposed renovation at 23870 Aliso Creek Road could accommodate two tenants in the building.

The property is currently zoned as CC - Community Commercial - with the same General Plan designation. Businesses interested in leasing the building, should contact Kevin Hansen with Newmark at 949-612-5637 or khansen@ngkf.com.
