Now we need your help to grow the tournament so we can offer more opportunities for our area schools, students and teachers. Faith Christian Academy Offering Scholarships In case you didn’t hear the awesome news: this coming school year FCA will be offering a scholarship opportunity for students to attend FCA. They are offering a limited number of 50% scholarships to rising 8th grade students who meet academic qualifications and who desire a Christian education. Southside Electric Cooperative (SEC) Announces Congratulations to Communications Specialist Lauren Irby who has earned recognition as a professional communicator in a national certification program offered by the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA). Irby has met the requirements to become a Certified Cooperative Communicator (CCC), which signifies standards of professionalism in communications and competency in the electric cooperative industry. There are currently 233 active electric cooperative communicators that have attained CCC status.
