National Investors is dedicated to providing high-quality educational programs to its agents and would like to introduce a new team member who will be responsible for the development and delivery of those programs.
As sales and training director, Melanie will be implementing and evaluating sales, communications, and education programs. She brings more than fifteen years of experience in customer service roles and close to ten years of experience in the title insurance industry to the position. Prior to joining National Investors, Melanie served as an education and training specialist for a Texas-based title agency and, prior to that role, served in several capacities for a national title insurance underwriter, including as agency services manager and agency assistant.
