Reminder...
Youth Fitness Areas at El Gancho

MEZZANINE & CYCLE ROOM

Ages 10 - 12           Allowed WITH Parent or El Gancho Personal Trainer.

Ages 13 - 14           Allowed to be unattended once they have had a 
                          1-on-1  orientation with an El Gancho Personal Trainer.

Ages 15 and up    Allowed.


STRENGTH & CONDITIONING ROOM

Ages 13                   Allowed with an El Gancho Personal Trainer ONLY.

Ages 14                   Allowed with an El Gancho Personal Trainer OR WITH                                    Parent - Parent must be working alongside the Teen                                          and cannot leave them unattended in any area of the                                        room.

Ages 15 and up     Allowed.
