Sleep Health Workshop

Do you have trouble sleeping?  Need something more than tips?  Healthy sleep (or lack of it) impacts our mood, our lives and even our health. This workshop uses a cognitive behavioral therapy approach to address common sleep problems that many of us suffer from. Led by Ginger Houghton, a certified therapist from Brightspot Therapy. Teen Summer Reading

It's not too late to sign up!  Go to the library website to sign up online.  Earn entries for prize drawings every time you read a book, complete a challenge, or attend a library event!

Grades 1-5 only.
Learn about some of the legends of the sky as well as the common summer constellations in the inflated planetarium that brings the wonders of the night sky indoors.

Harry Potter Birthday Celebration
