If you would like to show some love to our students and adult volunteers who are going on Summer mission trips but aren't sure what you can do, you can write letters. So far, we have 70 people going on mission trips, 45 on the June trip alone. If you would like to help with
this outreach please email Rachelle  for the details.  Drop off deadline is June 13th.
 Senior High Mission Trip Needs

Two more adults are needed for the Sr. High Mission Trip to Portland, Texas, June 16-22.  If you are available to go or need more information, please contact Rachelle Moreland, ASAP!
Alzheimer's Caregiver Support Group Meeting
   
Thursday, June 13th, 1:00-3:00pm

If you are a caregiver of a family member suffering from dementia, please join us for a time of sharing.  If you know of a friend that is caring for a loved one with dementia, please let them know of our ministry.  We also provide a respite group for the loved one with dementia during the time of the meeting.  If you have any questions, please contact Sussie Jordan at 512-923-9268.
"Meat" Me in the Chapel Father's Day Breakfast

Vacation Bible School is collecting snacks! Stop by the Connection Center to see what is needed. Place all snacks in the marked bin in the  Narthex by June 30th.  Thank you for supporting Aledo UMC Children and Family Ministries.
VBS  Volunteers
   
Vacation Bible School is right around the corner and is still in need of a Bible Discovery Leader, a Missions Mania Leader, and Crew Leaders. Can't help us in that way? Come to our Decorating Days on June 22 and July 6th from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Child care will be provided.
Did You Know... 
   
Our snacks sacks have helped 85 students each week of school for the last year. Last month we gave 53 Manna food bags to our neighbors. Thank you for your generosity and support of these missions of Aledo UMC.
We're Reading the New Testament in 2019!
    
Are you ready to learn more about Jesus? Start the New Year with your church family as we embark on a yearlong commitment to read the entire New Testament together. Each weekday (Monday through Friday) we will read one chapter from the New Testament. Each Sunday Pastor Lee will be preaching from one of the five chapters we read that week.
