- "Funding for Sex Worker Rights"
The Red Umbrella Fund, Mama Cash, and the Open Society Foundations (OSF) Sexual Health and Rights Project (SHARP) has released an infographic on funding for sex worker rights ahead of a report they expect to release in the coming month.
- Lesbian, Bisexual, Gay and Transgender Heritage Initiative
The United States Department of Interior has announced a new theme study to identify places and events associated with the story of LGBT Americans for inclusion in the parks and programs of the National Park Service. This project is being supported by the Gill Foundation.

- American Psychological Foundation
The Roy Scrivner Research Grants provide graduate student grants of $12,000 for empirical or applied research that encourages the study of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) family psychology and LGBT family therapy. The deadline is November 1.

Recent Grant Award Announcements
- The LGBTQ Racial Justice Fund
The LGBTQ Racial Justice Fund has announced $780,000 inaugural grants supporting efforts in the Southeast United States. Fund partners include the Astraea Lesbian Foundation for Justice, the Ford Foundation, the Arcus Foundation, and an anonymous donor.
- Elton John AIDS Foundation
The Elton John AIDS Foundation has announced the first round of its 2014 grants, awarding $525,000 to 3 organizations.
