23 S. Hughes Street, Hamilton
As you can tell from the pictures this week we were successful in getting the 140 sheets of drywall into the house after we passed our insulation inspection. We worked last week hanging drywall, you all have not lived til you do that in 90+ weather, inside a home with no air flow, hoisting 12 foot boards.  What fun, I love our volunteers for the tireless (just seems like tireless) effort they put into the build. We got all the ceilings hung and started on some walls.  We will be hanging more this week.  A special shout out to Leesburg United Methodist Church for preparing and delivering lunch to us on Saturday!

This Thursday is a team build, so team builders, our good friends from Wells Fargo and crew leads only, no walk-ons please.  My intent is to have the majority, if not all, of the team builders paint the exterior of the home while most of the crew leads work on hanging the drywall inside.  This will take a bit of coordination, so I ask for patience. We are all set with volunteers on Saturday, so again no additional walk-ons please. I desperately need to finish up the drywall as my drywall finishers (read mudders and tapers) come in Monday for the week to finish the home for interior painting. I also need to save some exterior work for another team build outside next Thursday.

Cheers and thanks,
Bud
