Saying "No"

How often do you find yourself overwhelmed because you don’t know when and how to say “no?” Every time you say “yes” to something it keeps you from doing something else that could be more fun and beneficial for you. In this hands-one workshop you’ll learn the right time to say “yes,” strategies for how to set better boundaries with you family, boss and others, and how to say “no.” 

Classes are $35 each and include a workbook, badge and swag bag.

Doors open 15 minutes before class begins.

Tickets are nonrefundable; however they are transferable to someone else if you can't make it to class.
