PUA News Update
Congressman Michael San Nicolas and the Governor Lou Leon Guerrero have announced that the U.S. Department of Labor has clarified that workers on reduced hours are qualified for PUA payments. View the Unemployment Insurance Program Letter No. 16-20
Governor Signs Bill No. 24-36, Minimum Wage increase on hold for six months

The Governor signed Bill No. 24-36 into law [PL 36-1] today, February 26, 2021. The law amends the implementation date of the second tier minimum wage increase from March 1, 2021 to September 1, 2021.

Through our Armed Forces Committee partnership with the local military commands, we are seeking contributions for prizes for the upcoming Air National Guard Awards Ceremony such as brunches, lunches or dinners for two, weekend getaways, hotel overnight stays, shopping gift certificates, or optional tours are welcome. Ten categories will be awarded to personnel exceptional in their fields. Any contribution you make will be greatly appreciated.
