FROM THE OFFICE OF ACADEMIC AFFAIRS
Students should begin preparation for final examinations this week. These assessments count for twenty percent of the semester grade, and should be approached seriously.
The final examination schedule is as follows:
June 10: Religion and Science
June 11: English and Social Studies
June 12: Math and Language
Each day we will follow a similar schedule. Students should arrive by 8:11 as usual and report to the first exam room. The first exam will start at 8:25. The second exam will start at 10:05. Dismissal will be at 11:30. Students who have already qualified for extended time accommodations will receive separate instructions.
Students should make every effort to be in school each day for Midterms. Only an absolute, documented, emergency should keep a student from taking the final exam on the scheduled day. These are outlined in the Student Handbook, and exclude travel plans. Parents should call the attendance office by 8:00 AM any day an emergency prevents a student from taking the exam. Make-up exams will be given on June 14, 2019.
