Attention Craft Beer lovers!!! You do not need to leave Monroe to taste some of the most delicious, award winning brews the PNW has to offer. Join me as I tour our town and enjoy some beer!

My first stop was to newly opened Crooked Label Brewing Company. Owner and OG Craft Brewer, Dan Haff just opened this gem in November 2020. Located off of Main Street on Village Way, this cozy brewery has outdoor seating, is kid-friendly and dog-friendly. Crooked Label has a large outdoor tent for seating during Covid. They don't serve food but you can bring your own in! It's a perfect spot to hang with friends.

Next up I headed over to Dreadnought Brewing in Lake Tye. They are focused on producing high quality craft beer. They offer a comfortable location where people can socialize around and about the art of craft brewing. They also have a fond love of music, and you just never know when someone will pick up a guitar and start playing. Dreadnought has a huge, heated, covered outdoor patio with TVs. They also have free delivery from Jet City Pizza and Burger Madness! At the 2019 Washington Beer Awards they took home a Gold Medal for their Stout - "Chocolate Jesus" as well as a Bronze Medal for their Pilsner - "Old Man."

Route 2 Taproom located conveniently off of Route 2 has 30 taps constantly rotating the best of Western Washington's Craft Beers. Before Covid this was the place to go for Brewer's Nights, Trivia Nights, Holiday parties, Live Music and will be again. During Covid they have expanded their mouth watering menu to include brunch as well as beer and cocktails to go. They have a huge outdoor space with firepits, outdoor games and a friendly staff.

My last stop may not have included a pint but is exciting nonetheless. Lewis & Main Restaurant and Brewery is coming soon! Located right in the heart of downtown, Lewis & Main will offer American Farmhouse cuisine made with local ingredients, craft beer, local wines, and carefully selected spirits. I can't wait!!!
