Criteria
Understanding and Applying the 2019-20 Baldrige Framework

What drives success in high performing organizations? Learn how role model organizations of all sectors and sizes have achieved outstanding results by using the 2019-20 Baldrige Excellence Framework.

We often refer to this two-day session as our Criteria Seminar.  While anyone who wants a deeper understanding of the Baldrige Criteria would benefit from attending, Examiners, past and potential Wisconsin Forward Award applicants, and organizations considering a national Baldrige application find the session of particular value.  If you attend a Baldrige 101 session and what a deeper dive, register for this seminar.

For more than 30 years, the Baldrige Excellence Framework has empowered organizations to accomplish their missions, improve results, and become more competitive. The Baldrige Excellence Framework includes the Criteria for Performance Excellence, core values and concepts, and guidelines for evaluating your processes and results.

Join former national Baldrige judge and international expert, Steve Hoisington at the American Family Training Center in Madison on July 29-30,
2019 for an interactive "deep dive" into the Baldrige Framework. Steve will be joined by other national experts who will add perspective, humor, and relevance.

Optimize your understanding of the Framework, and learn to successfully apply the Criteria for Performance Excellence in your organization. Examiners and performance excellence champions will glean key insights into the Baldrige evaluation factors and scoring. Special member and group pricing is available.  2018 and 2019 Examiners should contact us about special examiner appreciation pricing!

Space is limited and we expect the two-day seminar to fill quickly.   Visit our registration page to learn more about Steve Hoisington, and how to reserve your seat. The cost includes lunch, breaks, and all course material. The American Family Insurance Training Center is a smoke-free facility.  Public WiFi is not available.
