Construction on your new Recreation and Community Services Center is scheduled to begin the week of June 10th.  Our department is super excited about how the project is progressing.  The original building will continue to house the Survive Alive Fire Safety Education House and the Knowledge is Power (KIP) Training room along with Spin Cycling classes.  Joining the west wing in Fall 2020 will be our popular Preschool program.  In the new section will be a gym, indoor walking track, dance/fitness room, large multipurpose room with full kitchen, a conference room, and all Recreation and Community Services offices and operations.  Drive by 2450 S. 68th St. and watch as the construction process begins. A Groundbreaking Ceremony is scheduled for Wednesday, June 12th at 4:00pm.

A special  "thank you"  to Southridge Athletic Club for sponsoring our youth soccer program this upcoming fall season! Their sponsorship helps offset the cost of operating our program which includes equipment, team shirts and field upgrades. It also helps our West Allis-West Milwaukee community youth get involved in RCS Department programs by providing participant scholarships. Thank you, Southridge Athletic Club for helping make a difference and supporting our youth soccer program!
