FITNESS NEWS
DOING AMAZING THINGS!

Dora Cde Baca, competes at the ITU Multi Sport World Championships, Pontevedra, Spain on April 27, 2019.  Standard Duathlon race, 6 mile run - 25 mile bike - 3 mile run.

"My first Worlds competition with Team USA, it was the most exciting race I have ever been a part of.  It was an amazing experience to race against athletes from all over the World.  I was proud to be part of Team USA and honored to have had the opportunity to experience this type of event. In order to be considered for Worlds Championship you have to qualify at the National level first which I did last year (2018) in Greenville, South Carolina."

"The runs were amazing at least 20 turns through medieval cobblestone streets with people from all over the globe yelling "GO USA!"  The bike course was very hilly, the scenery was amazing.  10th in age group and 2nd from USA in age group."
