Last Day to VOTE in the Statewide Primary Election
Today, Tuesday, June 5 is the last day to vote for the Statewide Direct Primary Election! There are 3 Ways to Vote:

Vote by Mail
-Mailed ballots postmarked on or before Election Day, June 5, will be accepted if they are received by June 8.

Drop off Your Voted Ballot
-Drop off your voted ballot at any City/Town Hall, Vote Center or Drop-off Box in San Mateo County by June 5. Menlo Park drop off is at 701 Laurel Street .

Vote in Person
-At a Vote Center, you may vote in person on June 5, from 7 am to 8 pm . Vote Centers in Menlo Park/Atherton area:
  • Menlo College, El Camino Hall (1000 El Camino Real, Atherton)
  • Arrillaga Family Recreation Center, Juniper Room (700 Alma Street, Menlo Park)
  • Onetta Harris Community Center (100 Terminal Avenue, Menlo Park)

SamTrans US-101 Express Bus Feasibility Study Community Open House
SamTrans is studying the possibility of new express bus service through San Mateo County, to San Francisco and Santa Clara counties, with some routes potentially running in a managed lane on US-101.

We want to hear from current and potential riders to create an express bus service that meets your needs. Please attend our community open house where we will have information on routes, feedback forms, and staff available to answer any question.

38th Annual Nativity Carnival
A Menlo Park tradition marking the end of another school year and beginning of summer. The carnival features 14-15 full size carnival rides, free admission and free entertainment in a safe, secure environment.

Friday, June 8, 5 to 11 pm 
Saturday, June 9, 12 to 11 pm 
Sunday, June 10, 12 to 6 pm

Bayou on the Bayfront
Celebrate New Orleans Style! Enjoy live music, Southern, Creole & Cajun Cuisines, cultural dances, and an Art & Vendor Showcase on Saturday, June 9 at Facebook's Bayou on the Bayfront from 1 to 6 pm at 1 Hacker Way .

Proceeds benefit local community non-profits.

San Mateo County Fair
The San Mateo County Fair is the Peninsula’s premier community event for Bay Area family fun and entertainment. The nine-day fair represents a celebration of our community's talent, interests, innovations and rich agricultural, and artistic heritage.  The 2018 San Mateo County Fair runs from June 9 to June 17 .

Summer Concert Series: The Sun Kings
On Wednesday, June 13 , The Sun Kings, a Beatles Tribute Band, is anticipated to draw a large crowd to Fremont Park from 6:30 to 8 pm to kick off the City of Menlo Park’s annual Summer Concert Series presented by Facebook. 

Bring your picnic blanket and dinner, and of course there is always room for dancers of all ages.
