Drop off/Pick up and Traffic Procedures

As many of you know the first few days of drop off can take longer as we all re-familiarize ourselves with a quick and efficient drop off. The first few mornings may take 15+ minutes, p lease plan accordingly.  If you expect to drop your student at 7:30, that means arriving by 7:15. We've worked hard to ensure a safe and quick drop off, and appreciate your cooperation and patience in the following weeks.

Archway Sibling Pick Up Procedure

Dear Cicero Prep Families,

After school, prep students waiting for their archway sibling are to wait in the quad under the awning at the blue picnic tables until 3:10 p.m. A teacher will supervise this area. Then, your prep student should walk over to  Gate #1 to meet their sibling. The prep student must present the archway-issued red placard to the Gate Supervisor to leave with the archway student. Then your prep and archway students may either ride bikes or walk off campus together to meet you at home or at your car in the movie theater parking lot to the east of the old Chuck 'E Cheese building.

Disclaimer: There should be no loitering on the sidewalk to the east of the parking lot. This area will not be supervised by the school.

Parking

Visitor Parking

Dear Parents, in the event that you need to visit the school office, limited parking is available in the adjacent east lot. In order to make spaces available for deliveries, volunteers, and to minimize congestion during pick-up and drop-off, we recommend parking in the Pavilions lot.

Please be mindful of the crosswalk in the east parking lot. If parents need to park, it is best to use the Chuck E Cheese parking lot to minimize car traffic where students are walking.

We take student safety very seriously and are committed to creating a secure crosswalk.

If you plan to visit the office, please drop your student off using the prep drop off lanes and proceed right toward parking, a parking attendant will be happy to accommodate.

Thank you for your cooperation, it is a privilege to serve you and your children.
