Summer Bridge Workbooks
Learner Profiles
Due May 15th
Each year, we ask that all returning and new parents complete learner profiles for their child(ren). This helps Mrs. Trenary and the teachers with classroom placement and in getting to know each child better. Mrs. Trenary reads each learner profile.

Please complete this profile ( word / pdf ) for each of your children and turn them into the office by May 15th. Bring completed profiles to the main office or email them to Richelle Dudziak.
OLG Food Service Survey!
The School Advisory Council is working with the OLG administration to explore improvements and alternatives to our current school lunch program.

OLG has benefited over the years in our partnership with the Edina Public School district, which has provided our students with an outsourced, cost-effective, and federally subsidized lunch program. With a recent change in the cost/billing structure of the EPS program, as well as the potential for expansion of the Parish kitchen under consideration though OLG's Advancing Our Mission campaign, we would like to assess the value of our current lunch program and the latest nutritional needs of the OLG School community.

There are many variables to consider in administering a school lunch program (nutrition, quality, costs, student usage, federal guidelines and subsidies, menu variety, ordering/billing process, prep facilities, staffing, etc.) In order to make informed and effective improvements, we would greatly appreciate your perspectives of our current school lunch menu and input about potential changes by completing the following survey.

We invite ALL parents to participate, even if your child(ren) always bring their lunch from home.

70th Anniversary
Sponsorship Opportunities
The excitement is growing as we prepare to celebrate 70 Years of Grace at Our Lady of Grace Catholic School! The celebration will be held on Saturday, September 21 on our beautiful campus and will include all those whose lives have been touched by OLG School and who have made us who we are!
We expect to have several hundred alumni and alumni parents in attendance along with school families - past and present - and members of our community. To make this celebration a memorable event for all, we would love to partner with you through sponsorships. Learn more about sponsorship opportunities here!
Track My Bus App back-school-bus.jpg
Edina Transportation has fully implemented the "Track My Bus" technology into its system. If you would like to be able to track your child(ren)'s bus, please download the district app on your phone. It will ask you for a district code- this is specific to each child, it is NOT the District 287 number. If you do not have your child(ren)'s district code, please call Edina Transportation ( 952-848-4979) and request a number for each child. They will just need your child(ren)'s name and birthdate to get you started.
FIRST Call for Stray Library Books! girl_library_confused.jpg
