ALL SR PROVIDERS: May 2019 Attendance is DUE June 5th
All SR Providers are required to submit their SR attendance and sign in/out sheets for May 2019 in the New OEL Provider Portal by Wednesday, June 5, 2019 (not June 3rd as the original enews stated).
Here are the details:
Record and submit the May 2019 SR attendance electronically in the OEL provider portal by CLICKING HERE
Upload the sign in/out sheets in the folder titled, Monthly Sign in out Sheet
The Coalition staff will compare the attendance submitted with the sign in/out sheets, and WILL NOT process May 2019 attendance without the May sign in/out sheets
Any attendance and/or sign in/out sheets submitted after the June 5, 2019 deadline WILL NOT be processed
The May 2019 reimbursement payment will be deposited into your bank account on Thursday, June 20, 2019.
If you have a child with incorrect data, missing from your attendance, terminated on the wrong date, started on the wrong date, etc., please complete the Monthly Adjustment Form and upload it to the document folder in the OEL Provider Portal titled Monthly Adjustment Request.
