Sandy Shores Resort is an independently owned and operated development. Rauncie Kinnaird, President of Lake Life Properties, is the sole developer of the project. It is thanks to her vision, passion, hard work, and determination that Sandy Shores Resort is becoming a vibrant community! She is involved in every step of every project including planning, design, and construction. Her ambition has led to the construction of roads, trails, beaches, parks, playgrounds, and the water treatment plant, all ahead of schedule!  There is also the added benefit of having the development owner living on site, as Rauncie and her family have a cabin with office at Sandy Shores Resort.

The Sandy Shores Resort Community Association is selling Raffle tickets to raise money for more recreational projects at Sandy Shores including a playground and sport court! 
Tickets are $5 each or 5 for $20 and can be purchased from any SSRCA member, or at any of our Open Houses and Anniversary Event. (SLGA License #SR19-0566)
Draw Date is September 9, 2019. 
 
1st Prize: Fire Pit made by Metalman Art & Design, donated by Acadia Construction- value $1000   *Note: design not exactly as shown 


2nd Prize: Propane Fire Table donated by Meridian GNF Surveys- value $450

Just a reminder that the Sandy Shores Resort 3rd Anniversary Event will take place on Saturday July 6th from 10am-3pm. 
More details will be announced closer to the event.
